If ever a name was to make your smile calling a 43mm watch petit must be it and when you own one of these it won’t be the only reason to smile
Looking back at the historic air force watches it’s easy to see where the big pilot owes its design heritage. However, it is set apart by the striking blue dial, found on the IWC tribute watches to the famous literary work marked also by the engraving on the rear of the case featuring the little price complete with splendid flowing cape.
This example ref IW377714 dates to 2020 although looking at the watch it appears almost unworn.
The watch is powered by the in house automatic movement which has a massive 44 power reserve
All though a large watch I have to say it wears very well and feels extremely comfortable on the wrist and is one of the easiest watches I have worn to read the time on
