If ever a name was to make your smile calling a 46mm watch petit must be it and when you own one of these it won’t be the only reason to smile

Looking back at the historic air force watches it’s easy to see where the big pilot owes its design heritage. However, it is set apart by the striking blue dial, found on the IWC tribute watches to the famous literary work marked also by the engraving on the rear of the case featuring the little price complete with splendid flowing cape.

This example dates to 2017 although looking at the watch it appears almost unworn.

The watch is powered by possibly the ultimate evolution of the famous Pellaton automatic winding system enhanced by the twin barrels giving this watch a massive 7 day power reserve

Al though a large watch I have to say it wears very well and feels extremely comfortable on the wrist and is one of the easiest watches I have worn to read the time on
