About this watch

This is one of the rarest watches we have ever seen, rare in that whilst it is a production watch we have NEVER seen another one.

This is the the first iteration of the famous Omega bumper movement the Calibre - 30.10 RA Automatic 17 Jewels  movement  which was the companies first automatic movement Nice to find on its own but then add to the great movement the fact that this case design  is one of the earliest waterproof examples we (or our watch makers and our Omega collector friends) have ever seen. The appeal doesn’t end there, unlike many watches from this period (the watch dates to circa 1938/1939) is larger at 34 mm excluding the crown and the wonderful combination or dress watch and practical sports watch makes it and absolute must have piece.

The watch is in totally original condition, it benefits from having been full serviced  by Omega expert watch maker Simon Freese and comes with the full balance of our watch collector warranty. The stunning dial (with some light age and wear marks) is totally untouched and in completely original condition, as is the rest of the watch.

This is a true must have item for the collector and a genuinely wearable daily watch, as good today as it was when it was made 80 years ago!
