About this watch

Produced in 1956 to commemorate the Melbourne Olympics this watch in sold 18ct gold is of the first production run limited to only 100 pieces, this initial run carries the Olympic symbol on both the lacquered dial and the case back the later releases were only allowed to carry the symbol on the case back.

This is a very special and highly collectable Omega Seamaster made even more so as it is still fitted to the original Rose gold mesh bracelet, I have not seen another complete example for sale anywhere in the world.

The 34 mm gold case shows little sign of polishing and retains nice sharp lugs.

The cal 471 automatic movement looks in equally great shape

This excellent example is ready for world wide shipping
