About this watch

Much has been written about the history and development of the Rolex Explorer and a lot of what has been written for the explorer is mirrored in the development of the Tudor Ranger, not surprising as the two companies shared so much including parts and marketing ideas.

The Ranger is obviously Tudors version of the Rolex Explorer although with enough of its own character to have developed its own dedicated following, so strong was that following that recently Tudor launched the heritage model to introduce this classic to a new audience.

This fantastic and all original example dates from 1966 and the 34 mm stainless steel case is fitted to a Rolex 7205 bracelet date stamped 4/66

The dial is in remarkable condition and the original lume on dial and hands has aged uniformly to a dark cream colour.

In stock and ready for worldwide shipping complete with the original Tudor box.
