Its hard to believe when you look at a massive 46mm modern chronograph that this 31mm case was perfectly adequate in the 1950’s even for a technical watch like this excellent chronograph running on the respected Universal Genève manual winding chronograph movement ref cal 381
The minute register on this multifunctional dial has the added feature of elongated markers ath 3,6 and nine minutes, often referred to as a telephone dial as during this period many telephone exchanges billed customers in three-minute slots.
This really is a great value vintage chronograph from one of the most respected manufacturers of the time.
