Rolex GMT Master Long E Dial

I feel very fortunate to have such great contacts from around the world that when stunning pieces come to market they know I will always be happy to own them, This excellent Rolex GMT is one such piece. Having been fully overhauled by Rolex service centre in November 2019 the watch is mechanically perfect as is the stainless steel case and 7836 bracelet. The protective stickers added after the service remain in place so I doubt this watch has even been worn since being overhauled by Rolex

The watch is correctly stamped and with the correct serial numbers clearly visible and confirmed on the Rolex service documents which date this watch to 1968.

Not withstanding the stunning factory crisp case and bracelet the standout feature of this piece is the original long E dial with simply stunning tritium which has aged to a very desirable cream colour and is completely original.

During the service Rolex fitted a new Pepsi insert which looks stunning although I am offering the buyer of this watch the opportunity to also purchase a unique tropical insert which is period correct which has aged to a stunning bronze colour ,please ask for details if interested

I doubt a better looking GMT 1675 is available anywhere today and this piece gives you the opportunity to acquire a genuine vintage piece that will perform with the reliability of a modern watch, which always makes me wonder why would you buy a modern piece when an example like this is available
