About this watch

I find these Chronographs from Brietling very reminiscent of the Pilot line models from Omega although I actually prefer the dial layout and colouring on this striking piece

Circa 1970's as you can see from the addition of colour by way of red sports hands and roulette date wheel 

The 40mm stainless steel case has retained its crisp lines and this example is set apart from others by the very scarce factory hours and minutes bezel rather than the more common tachy bezel.

Running the famous valjoux 7740 manual wind movement these are a striking watch and highly prized amongst collectors 

This great piece is finished with an original Brietling leather sports strap and steel Brietling buckle
