About this watch

No one really wants to chase a competitor in any market but that is where Girard Perregaux found themselves when Jaeger launched their alarm wristwatch in the early fifties ,However just three years later to much acclaim and success the   Cal 111-285 model was released by Perregaux followed by this the 111-331.

Dated from circa 1960's this piece is absolutely stunning in every way ,mechanically working exactly as it should with a movement that looks as new, the gold filled case has but a few very minor marks and the two part stainless steel case back is flawless as is the stunning original brushed satin dial .

Fitted to a new Black leather strap this is one of the nicest examples I have seen for a long time.
