About this watch

This stunning 3 – register Heuer Camaro dates to approximately 1968/1969 and was part of a series produced with association to the American sports car produced Chevrolet, having a very short production run between 1968 and 1972. Heuer really innovated with the case design on this watch, which was then emulated by numerous other manufacturers.

The watch is running Heuer branded version of the famous Valjoux 72 movement and really is in simply timewarp condition. The case and movement short very little signs of wear and have never been refinished, they complement the flawless silver sunburst dial, which really makes this a stand out and must have watch.

The 37mm case with 19mm lugs makes it really wearable both socially and for business and with so many re-editions of the Heuer range this is an ideal time to be buying what is already a rapidly appreciating vintage original.

Due to the unique case design and wonderful silver  tachymetre dial it is a real stand out piece, which would take pride of place in any chronograph collection or as a perfect all rounder watch that could be worn daily with any outfit.

This great piece is finished off with the addition of a stunning new tapered silver grey Italian pig skin strap

I am also pleased to add that this watch has just returned for a complete service from vintage watchmaker Simon Freese
