About this watch

I would be surprised at anyone reading this not knowing why it is referred to as the ED White but for the sake of clarity ED White was the first American astronaut to walk in space and whilst performing this historic event, he was proudly wearing none other than the Speedmaster ref 105 003 forever known thereafter as the ED white.

This example ticks all the boxes for me it comes with the desirable DON bezel still fitted and the steel case remains in great shape not over polished like so many on the market. The watch even has the original plexiglass showing the Omega symbol etched into it. The dial has been professionally re lumed and to be honest I love the look of it  ,the colour of the hour markers and hands is amazing .

The manual winding cal 321 movement numbers serial 22 million as date of manufacture circa 1966

The watch comes fitted to genuine JB Champion bracelet and is supplied in an original Omega Speedmaster box.

Ed Whites can regularly command figures up to £20,000 so I believe this to be one of the most sensibly priced currently available.
