Omega Cal 620 18ct gold SOLD

This remarkable piece caught my wifes eye the day I found it ,perfect as a unisex watch today due to the delicate size being just 32 mm wide but more importantly a mere 6 mm deep including the glass

Then look at the exquisite decoration on the bezel that finishes off the solid 18 Ct gold case and even the concealed Omega crown all add to the very fine detail on this extraordinary piece ,complemented by gold coloured dial with baton markers .

The calibre 620 super flat 17 jewel movement designed by Jacques Ziegler in the early sixties set the standard for elegant high precision watches of that period.

On the original omega crocodile skin strap which shows some wear but I would hate to change it and with 9ct gold omega buckle it finishes this vintage piece superbly.

It defies believe that this unique super slim piece has survived in this stunning condition complete with original box and papers etc. since 1965.
