Becoming ever more sought after ,Trench watches have a very nostalgic appeal but I wonder how many of us really stop to think for a moment what these pieces represent from a purely technical point it was the need to access the time quickly that brought about the wrist watch we take for granted today. Then I cant help but feel real emotion when I look at the pieces I am proud to own and think of what the men that wore them went through over 100 years ago .
This piece in particular has survived in simply outstanding condition dated from Circa 1915.
and having all the correct markings from Assay marked Arthur George Rendell London.
This runs on a lovely Swiss 15 jewel movement.
Very nice piece and superbly preserved
