Omega Seamaster automatic day and date display. Technically that's what this watch is but you know the expression when something is more than the sum of its parts . well here it is

Solid 18ct gold 36.5mm one piece case and case back with lovely engraved Sea Monster. The case houses the renowned and highly accurate Cal 752 automatic 24 jewel movement.

Fitted with Genuine Omega strap c/w omega Gold plated buckle this watch has it all including the authentic extract from the omega archives to confirm this watch is as it should be.

The 36mm solid 18ct gold case is unusual due to the one piece design and also very heavy in comparison to more common gold cased watches of that era possibly due in part to the solid gold dial as well ,I believe this watch was produced as a special order.

This 752 24 jewel movement is of the highest quality and has the useful quick set date feature it is correctly numbered – 26192685 which dates the watch to 1968 confirmed by the archive document the case numbers 166032 168023 are also correct .

It surprises me how few Watches of this period had the added complication of a day of the week as well as date display

Although nearly 50 years old this watch looks as current day as it did when made ,I believe that's what designers call a classic.

5.Gaurantee, all products are guaranteed for a period of 90 days for mechanical defect. This guarantee does not cover misuse or neglect and is invalid if the case back has been opened in any way. please see note 1 regarding water ingress
