This really has to be seen to appreciate that it really is around 80 years old .
The style is very similar to the military watches of the late 1930's which is exactly the period this is from ,Clear easy to read numerals on a pale dial is a classic design and the high quality 32 mm stainless steel case would have been top of the line when new.The case also has a feature seen on many military pieces which is the fixed lugs a standard feature on all the later WWW watches
The movement is the highly regarded 26.5 the forerunner of the movement calibers that would serve Omega for decades to come .
