About this watch

This remarkably preserved Omega 27829 Constellation dates to circa 1954, the Constellation series of watches were Omegas flagship timepieces, boasting their automatic chronometer movements, this variety is caliber 354 Bumper Chronometre. the Constellation brand is still in production today and still regarded as Omega flagship dress watch.

The two tone waffle dial of silver outer chapter with silver/ blue in section is accented by gold markers and hands, that mixed with the cross hairs makes it one of the prettiest dials we have ever seen and I am delighted to confirm that  unlike so many it is never restored and retains its flawless factory finish,

The watch is 100% original and 100% un touched and un molested, there are some wear marks on the case but this only adds to the watches appeal and originality. The watch is running an early serial calibre 354 movement, which ran in the Omega Constellation range right through until the early 1960’s
