The Omega F300 was introduced in the early 1970’s  and was amongst Omegas flagship range of watches with a price that reflected the build quality 

What makes the watches special is their ‘tuning fork’ movement, known as the mosaba movement a mechanical movement which ran on a battery and was controlled by tuning forks which vibrated at a frequency of 300Hz The movement was made under licence by Bulova, . The movement in this watch was known as the Mosaba meaning 'montre sans balancier' translates for 'watch with no balance'

These are becoming increasingly rare and desirable watches, they are fast appreciating in value and finding good examples is harder and harder.The stainless Steel case measures 37mm which makes it a perfect modern size yet maintaining that vintage appeal.

This example from c1972 is in New old stock condition .not only is the condition of this piece exceptional but the Grey dial in Square case gives this watch a very modern feel and is a very uncommon configuration.

The watch is still fitted to vintage Omega strap and finished with vintage Omega steel buckle
