OMEGA SEAMASTER AUTOMATIC rare

Aside from the wonderful condition that you will already have noticed this wonderful Seamaster from 1958 has one feature that collectors will appreciate this was the only year of manufacture that Omega used a 19 mm Seahorse medallion and only then on two case references the 2846 being one of them which this example is .

This piece has a gold capped 33 mm case which houses the dual turned dial with gold markers and dauphine hands

The watch is running the highly regarded cal 501 automatic 20 jewel movement which has the central second hand feature and is working wonderfully .The movement serial number 16300846 correctly identifies this piece as from 1958

Being made in 1958 makes this watch not only a great collectable vintage Omega but also the ideal 60th birthday gift for that special someone.
