Among the least common Datejust models, we can definitely count the present 6605. Made only for three years between 1956 and 1959 and running on the cal 1065 automatic movement This example also features the highly prized "roulette" style date which is displayed in black numerals for odd dates and red numerals for even dates.
The 36mm stainless steel case is in remarkable condition and is complimented by the addition of a high quality saffino Black leather strap
This piece was manufactured in 1957 as confirmed by the movement serial number and the case back stamped 1V/57
The silver dial is simply decorated with baton hour markers and like the rest of the watch is in outstanding condition.
