Rolex discontinued this model and as with many things discontinued by Rolex desirability increases and with Rolex increasing prices for new models by around 7% each year its unlikely prices will fall anytime soon so for anyone looking for GMT Rolex that's ready to wear any time any place I don't think this can be beaten .
This example from 2008 is in superb condition ,The black dial is flawless ,sapphire glass unmarked and the 40mm stainless steel case shows almost no signs of wear
The Rolex cal 3186 movement performs exactly as it did on the day it was made
