The Submariner ref 16610 was in production from 1989 through to 2010 and this example is from very near the end of that production run in 2008 so among the last Submariners produced before the introduction of the Cerachrom bezel which prompts many collectors to refer to the ref 16610 as the last authentic Submariner.
This Submariner comes fitted to the very popular Everest rubber strap with genuine Rolex clasp making this a great alternative to a stainless-steel bracelet and it wears very well
The automatic movement keeps perfect time and is guaranteed for 12 months
The MK VII dial was the last produced for the ref 16610 and is only used in examples that feature the engraved rehaut which was introduced in this year as an improved security measure.
Possibly the most competitively priced Rolex Submariner available today, I don’t think this will be around for long as its such great value and a perfect watch for daily wear.
