About this watch
Possibly one of the most recognizable watches on the planet ,The Rolex Submariner has always been highly regarded ,although for me some of the character of many watches was lost when the manufacturers stopped using Tritium as luminescent material on the dials in 1996 which is one of the reasons I like this piece from that very year and so among the last Submariners to have a dial that will age wonderfully over the coming years .
The demand for vintage watch's and particularly Rolex submariners is well documented and so its great to find an example that represents good value and comes fully serviced and even pressure tested .
The original tritium dial is flawless ,The 40 mm stainless steel case shows little wear and the watch is fitted to the original 93150 bracelet
A great watch and a superb investment whilst equally a watch that should be worn everyday.
