Looking for something different? this Tissot may well have it all firstly the case is made from Fiberglass making it incredibly lightweight but also very strong.
The bullhead case design was a term given to the chronographs of the late 60’s and seventies that had the crown and pushers to the top of the case ,Omega ,Brietling and many others used the design to great effect. One other feature of the case design is that it is thicker at 12o’clock so it tilts the dial towards 6o’clock making it easier for the wearer to tell the time.
This example is completely original and new old stock, and as not many were ever produced, I doubt a better example can be found outside of a museum.
The model was introduced in 1972 and the movement in this is the highly regarded Lemania 872 manual winding.
The dial in this piece reminds me of the very popular Yema chronographs from the same period.
A great interesting sports chronograph form the early 1970’s I pretty much guarantee you won’t find anyone else wearing.
