About this watch

Longines history with aviation goes back almost a century and the connection stems for Charles Lindbergh’s first solo transatlantic flight during which he conceived the hour angle system to assist with the calculation of the users location in relation to longitudinal location of the earth’s surface.

This limited-edition piece was produced to commemorate the 90th anniversary of that flight although it’s a much more wearable 38mm rather than the original 47mm example. The stainless-steel case hides a hinged case bac which allows viewing of the automatic movement when open.

The watch comes complete with full size original stainless steel bracelet Box and instruction manual.

This piece is in stock and ready for worldwide shipping.
