Jacques Monnat divers Chronograph NOS

Unfortunately like so many other great Swiss watch companies Jacques Monnat didn't survive the quartz crisis of the mid seventies but the pieces they left show how good they were .

Like many Swiss companies of the time Monnat bought in the best movements ,cases dials ect and assembled the watch they thought should be built and this piece from C 1968 is exactly that a 39 mm solid stainless steel case houses the famous Valjoux manual wind cal 7736 signed Palmer sales corp who own the trade mark Jacques Monnat .

For me its the dial thats sets this piece apart the sea blue setting over the polished sub dials is amazing .

Oh and the best thing about this piece is that its completely unworn new old stock .
