About this watch
Hanhart is famous for many things, two of the most notable are the production of the ref 417 pilots chronograph supplied to the German Airforce between 1956 and 1958 and that the renowned king of cool was often seen wearing a Hanhart 417 ES especially when competing on one of his motorcycles.
This tribute to the renowned 417 was produced in a limited edition of just 150 pieces and using a 42mm solid bronze case with stainless steel case back this is a visually very striking piece.
The manual wind movement has a small seconds register at 9 o’clock and 30-minute counter at 3 and has an impressive power reserve of 48 hours.
The watch comes complete with all original items including guarantee card dated 2020, instruction booklet, polishing cloth, and special black leather.
I can’t help but marvel at this watch and the superb value it represents, I really don’t think it will be with me for long.
