About this watch
The Rolex GMT Master II ref 16710 underwent some substantial changes during its production run including a movement change, the addition of the popular Pepsi and coke bezel colours although perhaps the most important although often overlooked is the new case style which removes the holes through the case to allow the fitting of the bracelet, the new case is indicated by the addition of the T at the end of the reference in this case 16710 T
This example from 2005 has the later (no Holes) case along with the much-improved ref 78790 A oyster lock bracelet complete with solid end links
The Pepsi bezel on this example has faded to give the watch a unique and very attractive appearance whilst under the Sapphire crystal sits the flawless black dial with now familiar white gold surrounds to the hour markers
