About this watch
Following in the steps of the superb 5513 is no easy task, and that’s exactly what the 14060 had to do when it was introduced in the late 1980’s, with it came the introduction of the sapphire glass and the new and improved cal 3000 movement along with an improved depth rating of 300 meters.
The example I have today features the hard-to-find Swiss only dial which was only manufactured for a short period of time in 1999.
The 40mm stainless steel case is in superb condition, inner case back correctly stamped 14060 the watch was completely overhauled by Rolex in 2009 and during that time they fitted a new bracelet so the watch benefits from having a near perfect bracelet, showing no signs of wear.
The cal 3000 automatic movement runs perfectly and carries our 12 months guarantee.
